Why Do People Smoke?

When people start to smoke most at their young age, it is a lot social. They want to show that they have grown up, doing things that the adults do, this gives them a feeling that they look ‘cool’. There is possibility that they may get addicted because of the nicotine that has a type of numbing effect on the mind of the smoker. Although some smokers say that smoking stimulates their thinking but this is a foolish excuse to justify their silliness.

Smokers try to release their stress and they smoke excessively when they are under more stress. In fact they can’t release any stress by smoking. People suffering from conflict situation smoke a lot with the same reason but it is obvious that they can’t help finding a solution by smoking, it only slows down their response by causing them numbness. But then they want something that stimulates them and so smokers need to drink coffee. It looks like that nicotine combines together with caffeine. It can be observed everywhere.

smoking Why Do People Smoke?

Stress is not the only reason because of outside difficulties. There is also another slight reason why people smoke. A conflict can be caused by a moment in one’s life when there nothing that seems to make sense, there is confusion because do not work out how one wants them to work and there is too much one should deal with, but one feels that he is powerless to deal with life and thus coming to a point of falling into a void. The smoker doesn’t want to deal with that type of situation and somehow it works. The smoker fills the void with smoking, paying very expensively with this when rejecting the given challenges in life.

Smokers are not very much willing to counter a conflict situation openly. They find smoking as a best way to hide. This is severely serious because if they do not relate and respond out of their full capacity, then they would get stuck in their personal evolution and this would have a serious effect on their whole system. Nicotine is toxic and weakens the system but this is not the very serious. When the individual growing process is intentionally blocked then this accumulates negative energy and tension and this blows up the system in its weakest point. It might cause the system to destroy itself through a disease or the smoker has destructive tendencies, manifesting aggression and violence in surrounding. This might happen verbally or in form of emotional threatening and in extreme cases they are provoking others to use their reactions to be physically violent.

It is not easy to relate to a smoker because they are not willing to find alternatives. They don’t ask for any help and they reject any help. They are in a whirlpool of self-destruction and they pull others into it. This is the possible main reason why smoker is doing so hard if they want to quit smoking even when their habit affects them and they are seriously sick.

It is not only a personal but a social issue. Smokers form and rule this society and hardly anyone questions the situation wanting seriously to do something about it. There is another aspect why people smoke because they like to regret into a childish state and don’t want to take any responsibility that’s why they smoke cigarette or cigars. This brings them back to a beautiful time when lying in the protected and warm arms of mother. This may be the reason when people need to confront situations in daily lives they don’t give up satisfaction they had when they were a baby. People are unconscious about it and they get angry if one asks about their habit and they react like a baby if someone takes away the pacifier.

People usually drink because of a similar reason, this is the same if they suck a bottle working same like a dummy-pacifier. It is obvious that people don’t want to grow up and it is easy understandable why they get angry if situations threat them or force them to grow.
